Who
we are

We are a non-profit organization located in NYC, created in memory of Marta (Panchita) Torres, a Dominican mother and grandmother who came to NYC to create a better life for her family. She lived a long life dedicated to her family and her culture. She dreamed of having enough money to help her community, especially children. She made a big impact on those she came in contact with until her death at the age of 96. Our organization is dedicated to helping poor communities in the Dominican Republic and New York City
